- Business records: correspondence, quotations, orders and other information created if an enquiry develops into work.

- WhatConverts: website and call attribution used to identify which visits result in enquiries.
We may also share information with professional advisers, insurers, IT support or public authorities where this is necessary and lawful. Our suppliers act under contracts and may use approved subprocessors.
International processing

How long we keep information

We may keep information for longer where a legal claim, regulatory requirement or active dispute requires it. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
