Surfacing labour hire is the supply of carded, accredited surfacing crews to work on your site, either as a whole gang or alongside your own team. At MAC Surfacing we supply skilled labour across the West Midlands, even at short notice, so you can take on more work without carrying the headcount.

Yes. We supply our own trained crews, not agency cover we have never met. Operatives carry the cards the work demands, including CSCS, MPQC, NPORS and NVQ Level 2, with supervisors qualified up to NVQ Level 6, SMSTS and SSSTS. Training is ongoing in-house.

We will give you an honest position on availability rather than promise a date we cannot hold. Owning the crews means we control the diary instead of chasing a third party, so when we commit to a slot we mean it. If we are tight, we will tell you early so you can plan around it.

Either. We can supply individual operatives, an entire crew or a full 8 person surfacing machine team and plant. One point of accountability throughout, with the people and plant planned as one package.

Our core patch is the West Midlands, roughly 60 miles, where we respond quickest, with national delivery for larger, longer programmes. We will be straight with you up front about what we can sensibly resource rather than overstretch a crew.

Labour hire is priced on enquiry, not from a public rate card. The figure depends on the roles, tickets, shift pattern and programme length. Tell us what the job needs and we will come back with a clear price and an honest position on availability.
