New estate roads and S278 adoptable roads
We carried out both section38 & 278 works at the new housing development, All scott Meads. To date we'vecarried out most of the base and binder workon the section 38 works, with a few visits left to do. We've also completed the section 278 works, with over 1km of asphalt and chips laid during the Summer of 2021.
Our client manages a hugely complicated programme of works, revolving around the construction and sale of houses. They needed a contractor which could adapt to an ever changing programme, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic whenthe construction industry was struggling with material shortages. With the site being relatively close to our head office we've been able to pop to site quite often and keep communication lines open, enabling us to keep up to date with progress and requirements.
Proactiveness has been key here in helping to keep everything on programme.
