Working for an established contractor, we were contracted to offer a complete car park refurbishment to The Mount Hotel in Tettenhall on a hire basis.
We assessed the necessary works with our client and main client, mutually agreed aprogramme of resources required and budget hire costs then commenced works.
The Mount Hotel required use to self deliver anumber of services including:
- Updated entrance to car park based on client requirements
- Preparation and installation of main fountain at building entrance
- Kerbing of new parking bays
- Installation of ducting for new car park lighting
- Strengthened ground of high traffic area
- Block paving around buildingï Installation of drainage
- Planing services as necessary
- Full machine gang for complete resurfacing
- Block paving around building
- Installation of drainage
It was important that the hotel continued to operate without unnecessary interruption to guests, MAC Surfacing ensured that this happened throughout and worked to ensure the car park was open on time and ready for the forthcoming weddings.
