Bringing new skills into an ageing industry
We are aware that we are operating in an ageing industry and it is important that we are forward thinking and bring in the next generation of skilled staff to the industry.
MAC Surfacing operates a number of apprenticeship opportunities across the whole business. Successful candidates will be enrolled with an external training organisation to work towards an NVQ on a day release and build up necessary skills across your chosen career path. Senior management will support you over a 2 year period with a view to providing you with all necessary qualifications within those 2 years.
At the end of your apprenticeship, you will be considered for long term employment with the company. If successful, your payscale will be increased, benefits provided and your first 2 years will count towards your employment.
